
We actually make what we sell, and therefore can assure all
quality aspects of our products. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with our products, please contact For the Birds at Home & Garden
Depot within 10 days and we will refund the entire purchase price of the
product less return shipping and handling charges.

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping
your product. If necessary, you can also call 919.469.9679 to discuss any
special circumstances.
Returns can’t be accepted without an RMA number. For faster
service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an
RMA number: customer name, product name, product SKU number and the reason
for return.
Any product returned should use the original box and packing
materials.
You will be responsible for shipping charges on returned
items; Home & Garden Depot will match your shipping method on your
replacement or exchange item(s). Home & Garden Depot strongly recommends you
fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and you use
a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If merchandise arrives damaged, please accept it from the
carrier making sure any damage is noted on the carrier's delivery record in
order for Home & Garden Depot to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise
AND the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify Home & Garden
Depot immediately.
